The OMEGA cooking plate is a Limoges porcelain cooking plate (IGP label) that allows you to make skewers with ease and without smoke or odor .
It comes with satin stainless steel skewers and is sold in a set of 6 plates + 6 skewers. For optimal use, it is advisable to cut the food into regular cubes, weigh them and distribute them on the skewer before placing them on the plate and use the new range of organic aromatics developed by Cookal .
Cooking is done without any nuisance in just a few minutes and can be personalized by using different aromatics
