  • AOC Charentes-Poitou butter

La Rose Noire® holds globally recognized quality certifications, allowing them to reach the highest levels of food safety. From microbiological tests in their laboratories to monitoring the temperature of containers, La Rose Noire® ensures strict quality control to guarantee the best in food safety.

History:

In 1991, Gérard Dubois, a Swiss Pastry Chef, founded La Rose Noire® and opened the first pastry shop and production center. In 2012, a second production plant was opened for reasons of proximity to supply the global market. In 2019, they opened international offices in Europe and the United States.

Environmental Initiatives:

Aware of current environmental challenges and committed to taking care of the environment, La Rose Noire® implements a set of initiatives as part of its Go Green program.

  • Overpackaging: Plastic packaging boxes and blisters are replaced by biodegradable materials.
  • Sustainable/renewable energy: Over 75% of La Rose Noire®'s daily energy is clean and comes from their solar panels.
  • Palm oil: No palm oil is used in La Rose Noire® products.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

Through its CSR program, La Rose Noire® supports its employees by offering daily fresh meals in their canteen, bus shuttles to optimize travel, and a continuous professional development program to help employees progress in their careers. La Rose Noire® is one of the few companies (in the Philippines) to offer equal opportunities to people with disabilities.

Charity/Generosity:

For several years, the La Rose Noire® Foundation has been committed to supporting disadvantaged youth. Their mission is to support local schools by promoting educational and social programs. The Foundation has a professional training center equipped to train young adults in the Philippines, giving them the opportunity to obtain a professional certificate.
