In the oven or in a pan, the Airbag Farina breading is fine, tasty and crispy.
Sosa Airbag Farina is dried and finely granulated pork rind.

For the shrimp:
- 8 shrimp
- 100g flour
- 50g egg white
- 100g SOSA Air Bag pork farina:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 skewers of 15 cm
- 1 teaspoon of oil for frying
Peel the shrimp and assemble them on the 15 cm skewers. Salt and coat with flour, egg white and Sosa farina pork air bag (in this order). Fry with oil at 180°c until golden and drain.
Plating:
- 1 teaspoon of Culinary Journey barbecue
- 1 teaspoon of Viking smoked salt ( click here )
Season the shrimp with Sosa Viking smoked salt. Place the Culinary Journey Barbecue sauce in a bowl to dip the shrimp in.
