- In a saucepan, pour a little oil and heat it to about 180°c.
- Pour the pork Air Bag ( be careful , the latter swells quickly and triples in volume, so it is advisable to add a small amount of Air Bag each time you cook).
- Once the oil has been absorbed, remove the Air Bag and place it on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
- Use it for your aperitif , to enjoy alone or to add a crunchy touch to your dish.
