Sosa Pork Air Bags are made from pork rind and then processed into pieces : this product is similar to bacon.
Recommended for frying, to coat/bread any food, obtaining a very crispy crust.

Use
Dehydrated pork rinds need to be fried for consumption (Standard conditions: frying in edible fat or oil, temperature 200ÂşC, time: 1.30 - 2 minutes)

Allergens - may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy and soy based products, milk and its derivatives, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites.
