expand_moreWith a net weight of 2 kg, you will have enough preserved lemon to meet your culinary needs. The lemons are preserved using Sosa's COLD CONFIT® technique, which preserves their flavor and texture while giving them a pleasant sweetness. The preserved lemon slices can be easily stored in their original closed packaging, in a dry place protected from light, between 15°C and 25°C. This product contains only traces of milk and derivatives and can be used safely for a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes.
