The mishoyuzu is picked at perfect maturity to recover all the scent and flavor of this wild fruit with subtle notes of green mandarin , lemon and green grapefruit.
Yuzu juice is very concentrated and much less acidic than Yuzu from grafted trees.

This Yuzu juice can be used to make a multitude of recipes such as sorbets , bavarois , mousses , and many other recipes. A product that subtly flavors your ganaches and your cocktails (excellent for mojitos) . A fresh flavor ideal for making cocktails. Yuzu goes very well with vodka, gin or even rum.
Yuzu juice is also used to season your dishes . It will enhance the taste of your meats and fish.
Wild Yuzu is harvested on the island of Shikoku in Japan.
Mishoyuzu is the fruit of the wild, ungrafted yuzu tree, whose first fruits only appear after 18 years! Its "Kingdom" is located in Kitagawa, in the Kochi Prefecture on the island of Shikoku.
