INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This tart shell will perfectly support a chocolate ganache or lemon cream filling.

All La Rose Noire® tart shells can be pre-baked, filled or not, to increase their resistance to humidity.

SIZE RECOMMENDATION

We recommend the following formats:

  • MINI / SMALL: Banquets & Cocktails
  • MEDIUM: Gourmet coffee & Buffet
  • LARGE: Plated desserts & Individual desserts in display cases
