Sosa 10x10mm Diced Apple - 1.5kg

The Sosa 10x10mm diced apple is a professional quality product, ideal for saving time in the kitchen. The candied diced apples in sauce, obtained using the COLD CONFIT® technique, are perfect for giving a fruity and sweet touch to your culinary creations. Their strong taste and smooth texture make them particularly suitable for mousses, ice creams and cakes.

Their freezability allows them to be stored at freezing temperature without crystallizing, while their unique aroma remains intact. This product is packaged in a 1.5 kg package, which allows you to use it for several preparations.

It should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light, in a closed container. Once opened, it is recommended to store it between 2 and 6ºC. The ingredients used in the preparation of this product are apple, sugar, water, lemon juice, thickener pectin (E440ii), natural flavouring, acidifier citric acid (E330), preservatives potassium sorbate (E202), ascorbic acid (E300), disodium diphosphate (E450i), dextrose and tricalcium orthophosphate (E341iii). This product may contain traces of milk and its derivatives.
