Sosa Candied Orange Shavings - 1.25kg

The Sosa Candied Orange Shavings are a professional quality product ideal for pastry chefs and bakers. These Encenalls candied orange shavings have been made using the COLD CONFIT® technique and are presented in a 1.25 kg jar. They are perfect for coating or for making delicious inclusions in your pastries, brioches, travel cakes or panettone. In addition, they can be used to decorate your chocolate candies, pastries or chocolate bars.

Sosa candied orange shavings are composed of water, glucose syrup, orange, orange juice, maltodextrin, lemon juice, citric acid and natural flavor. They may contain traces of milk and its derivatives.

 

For optimal conservation, it is recommended to store Sosa candied orange shavings between 15°C and 25°C, in a dry place and away from light, in their original closed packaging. With Sosa candied orange shavings, you can add a touch of originality and flavor to all your culinary creations.
