Sosa Natural Liquid Raspberry Flavouring is a water-soluble concentrate elaborated from a natural raspberry extract — flavouring preparation and concentrated raspberry juice — capturing the fruity and lightly tangy notes of fresh raspberry. Its formulation allows seamless incorporation into both water-based preparations and fatty bases containing up to 95% oil.

How to use

• Shake before use.
• Dose at 0.2 g per kg of preparation — approximately 6 drops — and adjust to the desired intensity.
• Incorporate fully for even distribution of the flavour.
• When cooking: double the dosage to compensate for evaporation of aromatic molecules.
• Do not consume directly. Professional use product.

As a guide: a mocha spoon holds 2 to 4 ml, a teaspoon 4 to 6 ml, a tablespoon 8 to 12 ml.
