"Aesthetics at the service of taste"
Discover the Gourmand collection developed in collaboration with Paolo Griffa , Michelin-starred chef and member of AMPI (Accademia Maestri Pasticcieri Italiani).
The "Gourmand" silicone mold range by Pavoni Italia , is the result of the fusion of ideas of experts and catering professionals. Silicone molds intended for catering and pastry hot or cold . Designer shapes to present your tasty mousses, fruit tarts, biscuits and other creations.
STEP 1:
Place the mold on a baking sheet.
For short molds, it is advisable to slightly moisten the tray for greater adhesion and to remove any air bubbles. It is also possible to cut the mold to obtain single portions and facilitate unmolding for the most fragile preparations.
STEP 2:
Fill the molds with your preparation (cream, dough, mousse, sauce, jelly, etc.).
STEP 3:
Spread your preparation with a spatula and put it to cook or cool.
STEP 4:
Deform the mold by applying light pressure then turn it over to recover your preparation, starting from an angle for the most fragile products.
