• How to use them?

STEP 1:

Place the mould on a baking sheet.

For short moulds, it is advisable to slightly moisten the tray for greater adhesion and to remove any air bubbles. It is also possible to cut the mould to obtain single portions and facilitate unmolding for the most fragile preparations.

STEP 2:

Fill the molds with your preparation (cream, dough, mousse, sauce, jelly, etc.).

STEP 3:

Spread your preparation with a spatula and put it to cook or cool.

STEP 4:

Deform the mold by applying light pressure then turn it over to recover your preparation, starting from an angle for the most fragile products.
