expand_moreCollection created in collaboration with chef Fabrizio Fiorani, born in 1986 and who began his career in one of the best Italian restaurants. He then developed his experience in the heart of Japanese gastronomic culture in Tokyo.
The idea is rooted in his desire to free himself from old motifs creating something both unique and iconic. The combination of basic geometric shapes and the technical innovation of the exclusive molds with through holes offers elegant and seductive pralines.  You will obtain  refined and timeless creations  that go beyond the notion of classic pralines.
