Manufacturing process

The dried fruit is soaked for 24 hours in a sugar syrup then fried in vegetable oil, the excess sugar is eliminated instantly, leaving a dried fruit resistant to humidity and with a lacquered shine.

Use

Perfect for making cake bases, inclusions in humid environments as well as decorations or simply for snacking.
