Sosa Cantonese Sesame - 600g

The product " Sosa Cantonese Sesame " is a mixture of caramelized sesame seeds , packaged in a 600g bag. Sosa Cantonese Sesame are ideal for making cake bases , inclusions in humid environments as well as decorations or simply as a snack .

It is recommended to store this product between 15°C and 25°C, away from light, in its original closed packaging. This mixture contains sugar, glucose, sunflower oil and of course, sesame seeds. It is important to note that this product may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts and their derivatives.

CANTONESE NUTS & SEEDS

Unique caramelization offering a product with the intense taste of the original dried fruit, less sweet than classic caramelized, more resistant to humidity and more aesthetic (lacquered shine, homogeneous caramelization).

Manufacturing process: the dried fruit is soaked in a sugar syrup then fried in olive oil, leaving a dried fruit caramelized to the core, resistant to humidity and with a lacquered shine.

Recommended use: perfect for making cake bases, inclusions in humid environments as well as decorations or simply for snacking.
