These fruit-shaped silicone molds are signed by the world champion Emmanuele Forcone with Pavoni Italia . An assortment of five silicone molds to create original desserts and surprising single portions to give your display a fantastic visual appearance.

  • The great flexibility of this material allows a perfect demolding of any elaborate shape. The silicone will allow to recover a perfect product, identical to the original shape of the mold.
  • Pavoni Italia silicone molds are resistant to temperatures from +280°c to -40°c. They are extremely hygienic and can be put in the dishwasher.
