Pavoni Italia Pavocake moulds

  • Pavocake is a system made of 6 single silicone moulds of the same shape inserted in a polycarbonate tray (600x400 mm) that can be directly placed in a blast chiller.
  • 10 different shapes are available with a diameter of 18 cm for the entire range.
  • Each cake can be managed independently. In addition, the separation of each mould allows a perfect and quick demolding unlike a single mould which is very difficult to manage, without breaking or damaging the cakes to be demoulded.
  • Pavocake silicone moulds withstand from -40 ° c to +280 ° c. They are extremely hygienic and can be washed in the dishwasher.

Unmolding the molds: The great flexibility of this material allows perfect unmolding of any elaborate shape. The silicone will allow you to recover a perfect product, identical to the original shape of the mold.
