expand_moreUse: The range of natural powdered extracts is, in a way, comparable to the family of essential oils. Its main technological feature is the encapsulation in a very low sugar, maltodextrin, in order to apply the main to any other dry extract.
Natural powdered extracts are soluble in cold water and in any fatty medium. The dosage varies between 20 to 50 gr per kilo. It can be used in any cake and also directly in powder as decoration.
