This Sosa red fruit powder preparation combines a carefully selected blend of wild berries — strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, elderberry, blackcurrant — with red beet as a natural colorant, for a result of remarkable delicacy: a pink-red powder in soft, powdery tones, far from the garish shades of artificial colourings. Natural citric acid (E330) enhances the fresh, fruity character of the blend.

Technical tip: Wild berry powder disperses easily in fat-based media (cocoa butter, cream) for even colouring and flavouring. In an aqueous medium, it dissolves rapidly. Its natural powder-pink tones are sensitive to heat and pH — the colour remains stable in acidic media, but may shift towards more mauve tones in alkaline media. Dose progressively for a controlled chromatic result.
