The spaghetti kit contains: 5 tubes of 1 m, 1 bottle to fill, 1 adapter for siphon Mastrad, Isi and Liss (ideal kit to make 10 spaghettis of 50 cm in one go).

expand_moreInstructions for making 45 spaghetti of 50 cm :
Put 250 ml of broth, juice or serum in a saucepan.
Dissolve 4 g of agar agar powder and bring to the boil while stirring.
Remove from the heat and strain.
Fill the bottle with the mixture using a funnel.
Prepare a bowl with water and ice cubes.
Charge a siphon with one or two charges of N2O.
Tighten the siphon adapter.
Fill the tubes one by one and immerse them in the ice water.
The liquid thus cooled gels in the tube.
Remove the tube from the cold water and place its end on the siphon to gently remove the spaghetti from the tube. Once the tube is empty, repeat the operation.
Implementation: With algin . Mix the liquid to be gelled with algin, fill the tubes with this mixture, empty the tubes into a calcium bath so that the liquid gels on contact with the calcium while taking its spaghetti shape .
