  • Manitol is a sweetener used in cooking and medicine.
  • Manitol 100% derived from glucose . It liquefies at 180°c and caramelizes very quickly creating an opaque, very hard caramel that retains very little moisture.

  • In cooking or baking it is used for its hardening properties in the outer layer, such as filled candy.

*NATURAL INGREDIENT:
Ingredients that contain elements present in nature: These ingredients can come from plants, animals, minerals or even microbial sources.
