Sosa Refined Isomalt is an exceptional product for professionals in the pastry and confectionery industry. It is a sugar derived from sucrose (traditional sugar) in powder form at 100%, made from isomalt (E953), a mixture of hydrogenated saccharides. It is half as caloric as traditional sugar and has exceptional stability at high temperatures.

This 4.5 kg jar of powdered Isomalt is easy to store and use, with a shelf life of 24 months. Its technical characteristics are as follows: POD 50%. Sosa Refined Isomalt can be used to make sugar or caramel sculptures thanks to its stability at high temperatures.
