Sosa Refined Isomalt is a food grade sweetener that can be used to replace sugar in your culinary recipes. In addition, it is half as caloric as sucrose.

This 900g jar of Refined Isomalt is easy to store and use, and can be stored between 15°C and 25°C in its original sealed packaging, protected from light. It has a shelf life of 24 months.

Refined Isomalt is stable at high temperatures up to 150°C, without discolouration. However, excessive consumption may have laxative effects. The recommended dosage is 50g per day for adults and 25g per day for children.
