Kuzu is used, thanks to its texture, to thicken sauces or soups and give them a creamy appearance. Since it is neither salty nor sweet, it is also used for fruit jellies. Sprinkled on vegetables before cooking, it allows them to brown and become even crunchier. The interest of Kuzu is its neutral taste!
