The double guitar is designed for a consistently precise and straight cut, to give your products an impeccable visual. The double mechanism allows you to quickly cut the product in a single operation. The cutting base is made of anodized aluminum, the structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel in accordance with current regulations and the frames are designed for maximum strength.
The structure can be completely disassembled to facilitate cleaning; it is compatible with the accessory cutting frames, the ganache frames and the trolley.
