Seasons Light Blue — Natural Cocoa Butter Colouring, Pavoni Italia

The Seasons collection, developed in collaboration with world pastry champion Emmanuele Forcone, is a palette of colourings made from natural vegetable and fruit concentrates — safflower, pumpkin, beetroot and more.

Specially formulated for chocolate work, this cocoa butter-based colouring can be applied directly onto moulds, guitar sheets, by airbrush or brush, for brilliant or velvet-effect finishes.

How to use

Melt gently and stir before use. Do not exceed 50°C. Microwave use is not recommended as it may alter the properties of the vegetable concentrates.
