Plain, dark chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, lime, yoghurt, copper — Sosa Peta Crispy and popping sugars create a unique sensory experience: a surprising pop and intense crunch in the mouth.
Available in plain version for dry surfaces — praline decorations, tablets, finishing touches — and in cocoa butter-coated version for use in moist environments. This technical coating ensures they do not dissolve on contact with creams, mousses, ice creams and sorbets. Chocolatiers incorporate them directly into pralines and ganaches for a guaranteed surprise effect.
Available in 750g / 900g formats for the laboratory and 15kg for intensive production.
