The Castel'Pro wok reimagines Asian cuisine with French excellence. Its 3-ply construction guarantees even heat distribution, essential for both high-heat stir-frying and delicate braising.

The two stainless steel handles provide balanced and safe grip, allowing easy handling even when fully loaded. From pad thai to stir-fried vegetables, from lok lak beef to ginger chicken, this uncoated wok develops authentic flavors and enables healthy cooking.

Compatible with all heat sources including induction, it adapts to all kitchens. A Ø28 cm wok + glass lid set is also available (sold separately), ideal for braised cooking.

Delivery times mentioned on each product only concern shipments in France:

  • 24/48h delivery: This product is currently in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours.  This delivery time is valid only for shipments in Metropolitan France.  The estimated delivery time for Corsica is of 3 to 5 working days.
