The Castel'Pro Ø28 wok with its glass lid reinvents Asian cuisine with French excellence. Its 3-ply construction guarantees even heat distribution, while the glass lid allows for optimal visual control of your simmered, braised, or slow-cooked dishes.

The two stainless steel side handles provide a balanced and secure grip, making it easy to handle the wok even when full. From pad thai to sautéed vegetables, and from braised beef lok lak to simmered ginger chicken, this uncoated wok develops authentic flavours and promotes healthy cooking. The lid transforms your wok into a true Asian-style stewpot for all your slow-cooked recipes.

Compatible with all heat sources including induction, it suits every kitchen. The wok without lid is also available separately in sizes Ø 24 to 38 cm to complete your professional cookware collection.
