Chocolart is Pavoni Italia's range of cocoa butter colourings, developed with Emmanuele Forcone, world pastry champion. Ready to use, they deliver perfect colour dosage with no preparation required.
How to use
Gently heat the colouring until it reaches a liquid state. Do not exceed 45°C. Three application methods:
- Blending: incorporate into white chocolate to colour the mass
- Mould lining: apply directly into the mould before casting
- Surface finishing: apply with a brush for precise finishes
