Chocolart is Pavoni Italia's range of fat-soluble powder colourings, developed with Emmanuele Forcone, world pastry champion. Its high colour density delivers intense, even colouration in cocoa butter.
How to use
Dissolve the powder into melted cocoa butter. Then apply:
- As a mould lining: thermoformed moulds for chocolate bars or pralines
- As a surface finish: with a brush for precise and detailed finishes
