Shipping and Returns

Delivery times are mentioned on each product page:

• 24/48h delivery: The product is available and will be shipped the same day of the order if the latter is validated before 1 p.m. Delivery is 24/48 hours depending on the recipient's region. Delivery in 24/48 hours is only available for shipments in France. Orders validated on Friday after 1 p.m. and on weekends will be shipped on Monday. PLEASE NOTE: 24-hour delivery with Chronopost (on request) is only available for products mentioned in "24/48h delivery".
• Delivery from 4 to 12 working days: The product is currently being restocked. It will be shipped within 4 to 12 days depending on the time mentioned on the product sheet. If you have an emergency or a pressing date, please contact us by email or phone. EN
• Out of stock: This product is temporarily unavailable. You can leave your email address to be notified of its availability date.
• Delivery times abroad:

1. European countries: Estimated delivery between 2 and 5 working days.
2. Countries outside Europe: Estimated delivery between 5 and 12 days depending on the country. For a precise estimate of delivery times, please contact us.

Shipping your package The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi, delivered without signature. If you want delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us.

Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will be responsible for shipping costs for each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is given to packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
