Shipping
Delivery times are shown on each product page:
- 24/48h delivery: The product is in stock and will be dispatched the same day if the order is validated before 12pm. Delivery itself takes 24/48h depending on the recipient's region. 24/48h delivery is only available for shipments within mainland France (delivery to Corsica: 3 to 5 working days). Orders validated after 12pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
- 3 to 10 working days delivery: The product is being restocked. It will be dispatched according to the timeframe indicated on the product page. If you have an urgent need or a fixed deadline, please contact us by email, via our contact form, or by phone.
- Out of stock: This product is temporarily unavailable. You may leave your email address to be notified when it becomes available again.
- International delivery times:
- European Union and Switzerland: Estimated delivery between 5 and 10 working days.
- For an accurate delivery estimate or for delivery outside the EU/Switzerland, please contact us.
Tracking
Shipping your parcel: our standard shipping method is DPD to a Pickup collection point.
Whichever shipping method is chosen, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible so you can follow your parcel's delivery online. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal fees. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order.
We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will apply to each of them individually.
Your parcel is shipped at your own risk; special care is taken with parcels containing fragile items. Parcels are oversized and protected.
