The handle of this Paderno scoop contains a heat-conductive liquid. As your hand warms the handle, this liquid transfers that warmth to the scoop head — imperceptibly softening the ice cream surface on contact. The result: the scoop glides through even the hardest ice cream, the ball forms cleanly and releases without effort, leaving no residue in the bowl. PTFE: Non-Stick, Unbreakable, Food-Safe

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is one of the most effective non-stick materials in food-contact use. This scoop won't bend, won't corrode, and ice cream won't adhere to its surface — making both portioning and cleaning easier. Hand-wash only, as with any professional utensil with a functional coating.

Ambidextrous and Versatile

The red ring on the -24 reference allows instant identification in service.
