Cookmatic range is designed for the production of tartlet bases, sweet and savory pastries of different shapes and sizes thanks to the interchangeable plates. Thanks to the coupling of the two plates, you will obtain tartlets perfectly adapted to the desired size and degree of cooking.

Cookmatic are easy-to-use machines, thanks to the electronic software that allows maximum precision in cooking: just set the desired temperature and time for cooking your dough.

The New Cookmatic machine allows you to produce about 700 tartlets in one hour.
