Olive wood smoking chips selected for cold smoking with a smoking gun. Their woody, slightly fruity aroma adds a characteristic Mediterranean note to lamb, fish and poultry.

Usage tips

  • Slow combustion at low temperature — below approximately 500°C.
  • Lightly moisten the chips before ignition to prevent flaming.
  • Pairs well with essential oils, spices or herbs for personalised aromatic profiles.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from any flammable sources.
