The smoking pipe allows the instant combustion of sawdust (non-resinous) in order to smoke or flavor small quantities of food.
This electric pipe allows you to create original smokes that will perfume your ingredients. In addition, the smoke is released under pressure, which allows you to control its application precisely or to enclose it in transparent bells for an optical and taste effect in the dining room.
The Super Aladin Restauration smoking pipe represents the culmination of the range. Made entirely of metal, the model is truly professional equipment. You will find all the advantages of the pro model, intermediate chamber of aromatization where it is possible to put essential oils thus avoiding the direct combustion of oils in the sawdust with in addition, reliability.
Operation:
Insert the batteries (4 of type 1.5 V AA) respecting the orientation of the poles.
Place the switch on the "ON" position and check the proper functioning of the motor.
Use pure sawdust, without resins, without treatment and of course without paint.
Fill the firebox with sawdust, pressing it lightly against the combustion grate below.
Make sure the grate is clean before burning.
Switch on the appliance.
Light the upper part of the sawdust with a lighter.
Once the sawdust is burning, control the smoke volume using the switch and direct the smoke onto the food or into a container (bell, glass, etc.)
It is possible to use the smoking pipe with dried seaweed, citrus peel, dried herbs, etc.
You can also flavor the sawdust with SOSA brand essential oils to create more complex or bolder flavors.
