The machine is equipped with a push-fit compression fitting on the front panel and can dispense up to 450 cc/min of jelly at a pressure of 2.8 to 5 bar. The working temperature can reach up to 90°C, which allows for uniform and precise dispensing of the jelly.
The VPM Spray Gel comes with a 2-year warranty and includes a 40 and 80 mm cone nozzle, a nozzle for large pies and cakes, a funnel and a key for filling distilled water into the boiler.
