A brand new range of silicone molds PAVONI Italia , created in collaboration with  Emmanuele Forcone , world champion pastry chef.

These molds represent natural shapes and new concepts,  allowing to  create unique overlays or fillings  that can enhance any creation with a play of volumes and textures.
