His international training , constantly evolving, has led him to be named one of the ten best pastry chefs in the world.

  • This sublime collection offers stylish and elegant shapes to create your desserts and entremets.
  • The great flexibility  of this material allows a perfect demoulding  of any elaborate shape. The silicone will allow to recover a perfect product, identical to the original shape of the mold.
  • Pavoni Italia silicone molds  are resistant to temperatures ranging from +280°c to -40°c. They are extremely hygienic and can be put in the dishwasher.
