3D Heart Praline Mould - Designed by Pavoni Italia & Davide Comaschi

The art of sculptural praline.

This "3D Heart" mould is a true feat of engineering, designed to allow you to create volumetric chocolates with the striking appearance of a cut diamond and sharp, angular sides.

The design is based on assembling three separate parts per praline, ultimately forming a spectacular 3D heart:

1. The Base (1/3): A larger cavity that forms the base of the praline, featuring two slanted sides.
2. The Flanks (2/3 and 3/3): Two smaller inserts, each with a flat base intended to be fixed with a touch of melted chocolate onto the slanted sides of the main base.

The mould allows you to create 15 pieces in total, enough to assemble 5 complete 3D hearts, each weighing 10 grams. The Tritan material guarantees a clean release and a brilliant mirror finish.
