Usage: This mat perfectly lines the bottom of your silicone mould to create the desired impression. Pour your dessert mixtures (particularly spectacular with the insert mould KE011 which allows you to create multiple levels for a striking effect when sliced) onto the mat positioned in the mould. When demoulding, your log reveals a surface decorated with the relief pattern for exceptional professional results.
