Sosa's Banana Crispy comes in the form of freeze-dried granulated pieces measuring 0 to 10mm, cream-coloured, concentrating banana's natural sweetness and its enveloping, highly recognisable flavour into a crunchy piece. It instantly evokes banana bread and indulgent breakfasts.

Freeze-dried and uncoated, it retains maximum flavour expression and the fruit's natural colour, without added aromas. Its granulometry, ranging from fine powder to 10mm pieces, makes it very versatile. Highly hygroscopic, it performs best in dry or fatty applications; on moist media, add it just before serving to preserve the crunch.

Use

Store in a dry place (humidity <60%), at a stable temperature (15-25°C), away from light and odours. Without a protective coating, it softens on direct contact with moist media (creams, mousses, moist fillings) — reserve it for dry and fatty applications, or add it as a decoration just before serving.
