This range of silicone moulds was created in collaboration with Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour. He is an American pastry chef renowned for his skills and the passionate imagination of his creations. His international training , constantly evolving, has led him to be named one of the ten best pastry chefs in the world.

  • This sublime collection offers stylish and elegant shapes to create your desserts and desserts.
  • The great flexibility  of this material allows a perfect demoulding  of any elaborate shape. The silicone will allow to recover a perfect product, identical to the original shape of the mold.
  • Pavoni Italia silicone moulds  are resistant to temperatures ranging from +280°c to -40°c. They are extremely hygienic and can be put in the dishwasher.
