Range of silicone molds Pavoni Italia , created in collaboration with Emmanuele Forcone , world champion pastry chef.

With their natural and conceptual shapes, the Top molds allow you to  create unique fillings  that can enhance any creation with a play of volumes and textures , by superposition for example.

  • Pattern of squares and rectangles full and empty, with rounded contours, juxtaposed for a design and graphic rendering
  • Dimensions: 110 x 12H mm

Ideal for use with the Mini Mars KE051 mould from the Torte di Emmanuele range (sold separately).
