A collaboration between Pavoni Italia & Gianluca Fusto. Born from the expertise of Pavoni Italia and the creative vision of Gianluca Fusto, the renowned Italian pastry chef celebrated for his technical precision and his innovative approach to flavours:

  1. Perfect Bases: Use the micro-perforated stainless steel rings to bake tart bases with the ideal texture and easy release.
  2. Sculpted Tops: Elevate your creations with the Pavoflex 'top' silicone moulds. Their precise design allows you to create covers with sophisticated and creative shapes.
  3. Artistic Assembly: Combine textured bases and sculpted 'tops' for visually striking and uniquely flavoured tarts.

Delivery times mentioned on each product only concern shipments in France:

  • 24/48h delivery: This product is currently in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours.  This delivery time is valid only for shipments in Metropolitan France.  The estimated delivery time for Corsica is of 3 to 5 working days.
