Dolce Velluto is Pavoni Italia's range of velvet effect sprays, based on cocoa butter. Ready to use, simply spray directly onto your creations for an instant matte velvet finish that makes all the difference.

How to use

Warm the can to 25-30°C (bain-marie or warm water) before use for optimal projection. Spray from approximately 20-25cm onto a frozen entremet for a perfect velvet effect.

• Entremets and yule logs: velvet finish on frozen mousse
• Cakes: even matte finish on ganaches
• Showpieces: refined final touch
