This coloured cocoa butter-based spray is specifically designed to be applied to cold surfaces (frozen desserts, chilled chocolates, etc.) to create a sophisticated velvet effect.

Usage:

  • Shake well and ensure the product is liquefied (the can should be at a temperature of at least 25°C and no more than 35°C).
  • For optimal effect, the surface to be sprayed should be cold (ideally between -18°C and +5°C).
  • Do not overload in a single application; it is preferable to apply several thin layers if necessary.
