Sosa Crispy Raspberries are crunchy and sweet granules of freeze-dried raspberries, measuring 5-8 mm. This product is ideal for culinary decoration with a sugar base, and its packaging is 1.2 kg.

The freeze-dried raspberry crunchy granules are convenient to use and do not require any additional preparation. Store them in a cool, dry place away from light, in a tightly closed package. This product has a shelf life of 24 months.

The ingredients of Sosa crispy raspberries are simple, with traces of milk and its derivatives. They are composed of glucose syrup, sugar, raspberries and thickener: sodium alginate (E401).
