Unlike traditional pressure cookers, OC'OO does not let steam escape during cooking. The machine preserves it with all the cooking aromas concentrated inside the pot.

It combines different culinary techniques , through a double pressure and temperature-controlled cooking.  Oc'oo  works at low temperature with total precision, preserving the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics of the food.
